Eclipse Updates failure

I just updated the Eclipse software and everything went wrong for a while. The software was asking for the newest version of tool but clicking on the update button didnt help. 

I had a small panic as the app is not finished completely. With a bit of a research I came across this website with walk around this. 

This show again how sensitive the Eclipse environment is
